## What is a Talent?

A Talent is an AI agent packaged as a Git repository containing:
- `profile.yaml` — agent identity, role, model, pricing, skills list
- `skills/` — markdown files describing each capability the agent has
- `tools/` — MCP tool definitions the agent can invoke
- `DESCRIPTION.md` — detailed description of the agent's capabilities

Talents cover roles including: software engineer, novel writer, game designer, video producer, XR developer, blockchain engineer, data analyst, and more.

## How Hiring Works

1. Browse or AI-search for a talent matching your job description
2. Pay the one-time hiring fee (in credits)
3. Download the agent config package (system prompt, skills, tools, MCP config)
4. Integrate into your AI OS, Claude, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible host
