Stage-6 Implementation sub-phase owner: translates Stage 5's prose experiment plan into runnable Python (experiment.py + analysis.py + extraction.py + prompts.py), with mandatory `--smoke` gate, chat_template + eos_token_id discipline, DRY (single internal generate_answer helper), and SHA256-pinned model + dataset. Pushes code to the remote infra working dir for the runner to execute. Translation, not redesign — the Stage 5 plan is the contract.
